25 YEAR FRAME GUARANTEE

Renowned for the longevity of our products, customers have asked whether it is possible to have a guarantee on our frames. We have responded and now offer a 25 year guarantee subject to terms and conditions.

We hereby confirm that our Frame Guarantee period extends to 25 years from date of purchase.

This guarantee is subject to the normal constraints associated with upholstery. e.g. the product must be used only as originally intended and must not be subject to abuse such as to cause avoidable deterioration.

If a claim should arise, inspection will be made in-situ with a Vale representative in attendance.
