Is there a guarantee?
We now offer a 25 year guarantee on frames. As we have no control on how our furniture
is used in the home, it is not possible to guarantee fabrics. We may point out however
that we rarely see excessive wear on our products, even after years of use.
Can I have any fabric on the suite?
We can produce our furniture in any of the fabric ranges we offer. Please remember
however that the models with buttons and flutes in the back cushions can distort
fabrics with a stripe running through them.
Can I have fabric samples?
Fabric cuttings are available through ourselves. Please remember slight variations
in colour may occur between the fabric sample and the finished product.
Can I order extra items such as scatter cushions, fabric or cord trimming?
Extra items such as cord trimming, scatter cushions or fabric may be ordered through
your stockist.
Can I have firmer or softer seat foam to standard?
We believe our seat cushions are a suitable sit and density for most customers. We do however recognise that some customers prefer a firmer seat and we can supply these at a small extra charge. We do not recommend softer seat cushions as we cannot guarantee their longevity.
