Velvets
Velvet is a type of woven tufted fabric in which the cut threads are evenly distributed, with a short dense pile, giving it a distinctive feel. Velvet can be made from either synthetic or natural fibres. For intense rich colour, velvet is the perfect choice.
Fabrics which have a raised pile may be susceptible to crushing when sat on. Depending on the direction of the pile they can look to be different shades or pools of dark and light. Many people accept this as inherent in their fabric, but if this would not be acceptable to you, please discuss with our showroom staff.
Chenille
The chenille yarn is manufactured by placing short lengths of yarn, called the "pile", between two "core yarns" and then twisting the yarn together. The edges of these piles then stand at right angles to the yarn’s core, giving chenille both its softness and its characteristic look. Chenille will look different in one direction compared to another, as the fibres catch the light differently.

Textured Plains
Including richly textured weaves, ripple effect chenille velvet, through to more rustic woven cotton and linen mixes. Textured plains can be bold and bright or a more subtle combination.
Prints
Our printed fabric ranges feature both vibrant colour palettes available on premium quality linen, cotton and velvets alongside more contemporary and illustrative designs. For a more traditional look, printed cotton in historical floral designs creates a country house glamour.
Flat Weaves
A comprehensive range of subtly textured plain fabrics in a designer colour palette ranging from contemporary brights to pared down neutrals. The plains are the ideal complement to our prints giving an extra dimension to your interior scheme. Available in sophisticated viscose-linens, silks, linens and cottons the smooth surface creating the perfect foil for colour.
